Luke Top, singer and co-founder of Fool’s Gold, will be releasing his debut solo record Suspect Highs on March 4. The album’s first song has previously been released; today, Top is sharing a video for the second track, “Lucky Penny.” The video, which features Luke as a harlequin wandering through a psychedelic carnival, was shot by Stephen Paul on one roll of Super 8mm in Costa Mesa, CA.
